Please note:
This story includes retellings of TV material. I try to stay as close as possible to what is shown in the movies, but it is still a filtering through my perception, interpretation, and opinions. If they differ from yours, don't be mad at me, do it better.
1. M.D. Geist
This story deals solely with "M.D.Geist: Most Dangerous Ever", though I use the information about Geist's origin provided in the sequel "M.D. Geist: Death Force".
In addition, I noticed significant differences between the English and the German translation of the movies. The irony and cynicism to be found in the German version are missing in the English where even a couple of sentences isn't translated at all. I decided to stay with the German version because I feel that the story (and the movie) lacks something without the irony and the cynic comments.
I made one distinct decision for this story: I place it on Earth, putting the planet Jerra as originally having been named Terra. In the sequel we get to see a wrecked Miss Liberty in a surrounding that could quite well be a ruined NYC. Though mankind is prone to copy its arts, I decided to use the easy explanation.
2. The Adventures of the Galaxy Rangers - Birds Of A Feather
The story made a couple of additional scenes and embedded thoughts necessary. If you don't want to have additional plot related with a given episode of the series, don't read on.
I don't know if this story makes any sense to someone who doesn't know both films. So if you don't, decide yourself. Anyway, I didn't write this to be some serious fanfic in either fandom, but merely because it was too much fun to play with the idea once it's sunk it's roots into my brain as to leave it.
